Corrections

Other The casting are too hot during blasting

Allow parts to cool prior to blasting

Other Castings are stopped in front of the blasting nozzle or wheel

Insure the parts are constantly moving during the blasting cycle. Check the mill or spinners tocon firm movement during the blast cycle

Other Blast time is too long

Reduce blast time

Other Blast media is too large

Reduce blast media size

Other Blast media is too hard

Use softer blast media
